Let us guide you in harnessing your natural gifts and inner wisdom to transform your path forward towards a brighter future. Come to the call in comfortable clothes and in a space that you can feel at ease, without distractions. Video capability is preferred. Anything sensory or grounding that supports your growth and focus is welcome such as incense, herbal smudges, crystals, and your journal. Sessions can include any range of embodied healing practices including meditation, reiki energy healing, tantra, breath work, self reflection, kundalini shakti activations, and journaling. You will leave with actionable steps forward to begin your path to feeling more aligned with your future. *A single session may not be enough to work through deeply ingrained beliefs and patterns. * Book our Soulful 4 pack or a curated coaching package to work through more engrained life patterns.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us 24 hours in advance. For no-shows, you will be charged the rate for that service. Travel fees may be added if traveling greater than 25 miles. Refunds are not available for services rendered and purchased programs or materials. If SFW cancels an offering you have registered for, you will have the option to choose a credit for future services or a refund to the method originally purchased. We are not a licensed therapist or doctor and do not diagnose or treat specific ailments. We do offer holistic life coaching support and transformational guidance for optimal wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
