Who do you work with?
My work primarily supports visionary women and mission-driven founders stewarding meaningful work in the world, along with conscious brands that care deeply for the human behind the mission and the artistry within the work.
Much of my mentorship and somatic work focuses on women because it draws from my lived experience and deep understanding of the unique challenges women navigate in leadership, entrepreneurship, and relationship with their bodies and nervous systems. Feminine embodiment practices also work closely with cyclical rhythms and energetic patterns that are specific to the female body.
Because many of the practices we explore involve intimate somatic awareness, breath work, and energetic alignment, private mentorship containers are designed specifically for women.
At the same time, I believe deeply in the evolution and growth of all humans and the importance of harmony between masculine and feminine energies.
For this reason, group workshops, retreat collaborations, business energy audits, and consulting work with founders or conscious brands are open to all genders. These spaces focus on embodied leadership, energy stewardship, and creating sustainable systems that protect the human behind the mission.
What is embodied leadership and feminine embodiment?
Embodied leadership is the practice of leading from a regulated nervous system, clear intuition, emotional intelligence, and deep connection to your body’s wisdom. Feminine embodiment supports this by helping you reconnect with your cyclical energy, creative life force, and intuitive guidance.
Through breath work, somatic awareness, energy mastery, and sacred ritual, feminine embodiment practices restore vitality and help visionary leaders sustain their mission without burning out.
At Soul Flow Wellness, these practices are integrated through my signature Soul Flow Method into embodied leadership coaching, group workshops, Reset Your Rhythm Ebook, 1:1 sessions and my 6 month Radiant Flow energy mastery un-program designed for facilitators, founders, and purpose-driven visionaries.

What is the Soul Flow Method?
The Soul Flow Method is a philosophy and leadership framework created by me, Amber Rosa, that blends strategic workflow awareness with embodied emotional intelligence to protect creative energy and prevent burnout.
Rooted in my experience in high-performance corporate environments and years of study and embodied initiation in somatics and energy mastery, the method helps visionary leaders structure their work in ways that sustain both their wellbeing and their mission.
Do you offer Reiki sessions or certifications?
Yes. I offer distant reiki sessions to global clients regularly and select in-person sessions during my travel and at retreats. I frequent Costa Rica, US, and Europe. For in-person requests, email me to discuss options. Radiant Channel is my Reiki Training program and is 3 levels. I suggest the 3 month bundle with level 1 and 2 and a guided 21 day energy cleanse in between. I do level 3 Reiki Master by invite only to experienced reiki practitioners.
