A 4-week Landing to drop back into your body, be present with what you feel, and recalibrate your nervous system and energy flow. This is the initiatory start to the Radiant Flow seasonal journey. An introduction into Earth energy that supports you landing back into your body. Reuniting with it's wisdom and being present with what is true and alive in this moment for you. Here you will discover: - Where you have been leaking and scattering your energy. - Where you have been operating out of your capacity and over-giving - Where you have been abandoning your body's wisdom, signals, and intuitive nudges and how to trust them again. A space to: – Regulate your nervous system – Notice where your energy is being pulled or depleted – Gently call it back – Begin redirecting it with intention Not through hours of practice—but through small, precise shifts woven into your daily life. Includes: - 2 live group calls May 13 & May 27, 8:30am Pacific/ 11:30am Eastern, 45 minutes (recorded) - "Earth" portion of the Radiant Flow Immersive Field Book with a simple Earth ritual for daily embodiment, reflection questions, and elemental support for your journey in connection with Earth energy. - Async community access and personal support from Amber Rosa between calls as you integrate. Option to continue into the full Radiant Flow journey moving through the elements of Fire and Air with water as the feminine current flowing through it all.
