How to prepare (keep it simple + fun) Set yourself up for comfort, expression, and a little ritual magic: • Put on headphones so you can drop into your own space and move freely • Make sure you have video capability (join however you feel—there’s no performance here, just presence) • Have water nearby so your body stays hydrated as you move and release • Wear something comfortable and expressive—whatever lets you stretch, sway, roll, or dance without thinking • Clear a bit of space where you can stand, move, lie down, and fully express your body Before we begin, take a moment to choose a scent or essential oil that feels alive to you. Something that wakes up your senses and brings you into your body. Citrus oils like orange, grapefruit, or lemon can feel bright and energizing.
