This is 60 minute Energy Reset Session restores clarity, vitality, and energetic balance through a deeply restorative virtual healing experience designed to help you release stress, emotional heaviness, and energetic stagnation. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, this session offers a space to reset your nervous system, restore your life force, and return to a greater sense of presence and inner calm. Each session is intentionally curated to engage both your energetic and sensory experience through guided meditation, music, visualization, intuitive energy healing, and reflective integration. I recommend using headphones or a quality speaker for the guided meditation and music, keeping water nearby, and surrounding yourself with anything that helps you feel supported—such as a blanket, journal, crystals, essential oils, candles, or incense that align with your intention. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us 24 hours in advance. For no-shows, you will be charged the rate for that service. Travel fees may be added if traveling greater than 25 miles. Refunds are not available for services rendered and purchased programs or materials. If SFW cancels an offering you have registered for, you will have the option to choose a credit for future services or a refund to the method originally purchased. We are not a licensed therapist or doctor and do not diagnose or treat specific ailments. We do offer holistic life coaching support and transformational guidance for optimal wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
