Intro to Reiki Self Healing

This event is an exploration of Usui Reiki, a brief historical overview of how it came to be, and interactive workshop to learn self healing techniques. You do not need to be reiki certified to attend. 

Reiki is a form of energy healing that everyone is capable of learning. You have the energy within you, it is just a matter of learning how to access and utlize it for the most benefit. 

Amber, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, will guide you through hand placements, and meditations that balance your mind, body and spirit. If you have been feeling "off" and out of harmony in yourself, this is a great stepping stone to gain some basic tools you can do anytime.
