About the event
Elemental Alchemy is a guided emotional embodiment experience blending music, breath work, intuitive movement, sensory exploration, and the wisdom of the elements to help you move emotional energy through the body with greater awareness, fluidity, and expression.
Together we begin with grounding practices, self-reflection, and emotional mapping to explore how emotions relate to the elements — Fire, Water, Earth, and Air — and how they live, express, and store themselves within the body. You’ll be introduced to supportive somatic tools and elemental practices designed to help restore movement, emotional flow, nervous system balance, and authentic self-expression.
