Elemental Alchemy is a playful and grounding full sensory journey of the elemental alchemical spiral using scent, music, breath, sensation, intuitive movement, and embodied expression practices designed to awaken somatic intelligence and reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. This is not choreographed dance or traditional yoga, but a guided exploration of non-linear movement that invites curiosity, play, emotional freedom, and deeper connection to self.
