Community Yoga on the Lawn

Enjoy an all levels morning vinyasa flow in a park-like setting outdoors in Valley Center. 

Tune into nature, feel the beat of the tunes, and find your soul flow through yoga to kick start your weekend.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects breath to movement. It teaches your body to breath in sync with your movements. As you rise you inhale, as you lower or compress, you exhale. The start of the flow is taken slow with multiple breaths to one posture to settle in and feel out your aligmnment in the postures, then we will flow through the sequence at a faster pace of 1 breath to 1 movement. Vinyasa is intended to leave you feeling energized, connected to self, and relieved of stiffness. It is a great practice for the morning to get your blood flowing and your breath dialed in to tackle your day.

Suggested donation $10/person. Bring a mat and water. I suggest applying sunscreen and bringing a hat or sunglasses since it is outdoors and you will be in the sun. The lawn has limited shade at this time of day. 

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Stay after to mingle with other members of the community, or just enjoy the yoga. 

There is a gate to get into the community. Look up "Schmidt" and hit the call button to enter. Please arrive a few minutes early to park and get settled. Class will begin right at 9am. Carpool if you can to save parking spaces.
