This transformational group workshop experience is the perfect solution for your girls weekend, team building, wellness retreat, wedding party or just a close group of friends looking to do a private and fully customized bonding experience. My transformational workshops are designed to help you connect with your divine nature, build intimacy with others, get embodied in a playful way, and live a purposeful life in your soul flow. A great option for businesses looking to add a mindfulness option for their staff to boost team connection, moral, office energy levels, and overall wellbeing of your staff. Amber will reach out after booking to determine the groups goals and interests. Sample Themes: - Intentional Workshops- emotional healing, mind/body reset, guided meditation, team connection, sacred sister circles - Couples focused- building connection, co-regulation, tantric breath work, sensation play, and movement together with a group of couples for a fun way to deepen your bonds and journey in cultivating sacred union. - Group energy mastery and embodied living to reset and feel more relaxed, connected and energized. Learn energy clearing & harmonizing techniques during the session and enjoy a yoga sequence to meet the level and interests of the group. - Moon or special occasion sacred ceremonies, and intentional house or land blessing ceremonies. Your experience will include any combination of the following: a curated playlist, healing instruments, essential oils, sage/palo santo/herbal incense, and crystals to deepen the experience. Minimum of 4, max 25 participants. Location is determined in the intro call after booking. * Multi-session pricing is available for those looking for a recurring class. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us 24 hours in advance. For no-shows, you will be charged the rate for that service. Travel fees may be added if traveling greater than 25 miles. Refunds are not available for services rendered and purchased programs or materials. If SFW cancels an offering you have registered for, you will have the option to choose a credit for future services or a refund to the method originally purchased. We are not a licensed therapist or doctor and do not diagnose or treat specific ailments. We do offer holistic life coaching support and transformational guidance for optimal wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
